RH Technical Industries has the expertise and capabilities to manufacture precision laminated Fascia Panels.
This enables our customers to source their graphic overlays pre-laminated onto a rigid support panel, a construction frequently used in portable instrumentation and control panels.
Overlays are processed in PVC, Polycarbonate and Polyester, which are available in gloss, semi-gloss, matt and textured finishes.
Process options and features include:
- Solid, Pearlescent, Luminescent and Florescent colours
- Satin and matt metallic
- Hi-Brite bright metallic
- Secret-til-lit images
- Filter windows colour tinted to match electronic displays
- Customised printed patterns
- Selectively printed hard coat surface finishes

We can also supply overlays with dependable and constant protection against bacteria contamination by using materials impregnated with antimicrobial technology incorporated into the surface texture hard coating.
Support panels are available in a range of materials including plastic, metal and fibreboard. RHTI has CNC process capability to machine these materials and supply a wide range of fixings such as studs and stand-offs to assist mounting.
The most commonly used material for such back panels is aluminium and this is available from stock in a range of gauges. Metal treatment such as anodising, alochroming and painting is also available.
