RHTI has invested in a digital XY cutter, which can cut all our standard materials to tolerances of 0.1mm, even sizes. The cutter, which is directly programmable from our C.A.D. system, supports our "Rapid Prototyping" service. Membrane keypad and graphic prototypes can be "soft tooled" to prove the design prior to laying down production tooling
Knife tooling is used for the majority of RHTI products. This tooling is designed at RHTI & emailed to our manufacturer who can deliver tools in 24 hours. General tooling tolerance +/-0.25mm.
