Digital printing now impacts on all sectors of printing, RHTI closely follows this developing market and has for many years incorporated digital technology to enhance the services available to our customers.
Thermal transfer printing is a system where a full colour image can be transferred to polyester, polycarbonate or vinyl films very quickly. This system gives our customers the ability to have prototype or small quantity batches produced that relate closely to full production parts but at greatly reduced cost and lead-time.
The maximum size for thermal transfer is A3 so to accommodate larger work we have a large format inkjet printer capable of 1440 x 720dpi resolution and print size of 1270mm by any length.
