RHTI have all the facilities ’in-house’ to match colours to any customer specification. The combination of trained technicians and spectrophotometry colour measurement equipment maintains colour accuracy whether matching a Pantone reference, colour chip or even moulding and enclosure finishes.
RHTI’s facilities ensure that matching conditions directly relate to our production equipment for accurate transition from the sample swatch to finished product. This is further enhanced by transferring recipes to our computer controlled dispensing system which contains the 14 base mixing colours from which the final colour recipes are derived, with a measuring capability down to 0.01 grams and user friendly interface, accurate colour mixes can be delivered to production in optimum condition for every print run.
In addition to the base colours special effect pigments can also be utilised to give metallic, pearlescent , luminescent effects, to give a few examples.
